true comprehensive physical exam
A yearly, comprehensive, one-hour physical exam is included in every membership. This is tailored to your needs. We review your health goals for the year and plan for preventative care that is needed. Routine labs to evaluate your electrolytes, kidneys, liver, blood count, thyroid, cholesterol, and sugar are also included. During this exam a complete body composition analysis will be performed using our Inbody body composition analyzer.
Unlimited visits with your doctor
In-person, text, email, video. Whatever type of visit is appropriate and fits your schedule. You will never be charged for a visit no matter how many times you are seen. We believe frequent contact with a consistent physician improves health outcomes.
same day and next-day appointments
No need to worry about if your doctor can see you within the next week or two. Our goal is to serve you and help you avoid urgent care and emergency department visits. We believe that taking care of our patients when they need us is paramount to providing high-quality healthcare.

We have negotiated lower prices on the most commonly ordered labs. Save as much as 90% off routine lab work. We pass this savings along to you as part of your membership. No hidden lab fees or charges for drawing your blood in the office.
In-house pharmacy
By cutting out the for-profit pharmacy there is no middle man between wholesale medications and you. We only charge a very small fee to cover the cost of labels and bottles for medications. Our pharmacy will start out small with just common as needed medications, but will grow as the needs of our members grow. We do not carry any controlled substances in our pharmacy.
medical weight loss
We include obesity medicine consultations for our members at no additional charge. Dr. Dameron is the only board certified obesity medicine physician in the Northern Neck.
Pre-enroll
We are not currently registering new patients for membership plans at this time. However, we have an active waiting list that we hope to begin to pull new patients off of in about 6-12 months. Our services with The Breathing Well Club, Emsculpt Neo, Emsella and Botox are available to the public. .
